2. Nature of the Product

Manila Bot provides specialized algorithmic utility software (Expert Advisors) and license management services. We are exclusively a software development entity. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Our software acts strictly upon user-defined parameters and mathematical algorithms.

3. Assumption of Risk

Use of algorithmic trading software involves substantial risk. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken using our software. Manila Bot shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or discrepancies resulting from the use, misuse, or technical failure of the software. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. License Use and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable digital license to use the software for personal use only. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or share your license key or dashboard access with unauthorized third parties. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime for our web dashboard and license authentication servers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily restrict access.
